Our history

Peymane Meli was founded with the ambition to create a meeting place for the Iranian community in Denmark and for everyone who shares our values of freedom, justice and human dignity.

Over the years, we have worked to preserve and share our cultural heritage, strengthen community, and support democracy and human rights in Iran. Our work is politically independent and rooted in freedom, openness and respect for all people.

Today, we bring people together through events, news, cultural activities and education, always with a focus on dialogue, understanding and shared action.
